Privacy Policy
Last updated 27 October 2026
This policy explains what information I, Rony Haddad (Beirut, Lebanon), collect through itsronyhaddad.com and my booking forms, how I use it, and how I handle data from Google accounts connected to Jarvis, my personal AI assistant app.
What I collect
- What you send me in a form: your name, email, WhatsApp number, store or business website, and your answers about your business (for example revenue range, ad spend, goals).
- Bookings: the time you book for a call and the details you enter on the booking page.
- Where you came from: campaign tags in the link you used (for example "Instagram story"), so I know which posts bring people in.
- Messages: emails and WhatsApp messages you send me.
The website itself uses no advertising or analytics cookies. It stores one setting in your browser (which version of the page you last viewed) so the page opens the same way next time.
How I use it
- To reply to you, prepare for our call and run the audit, coaching or project you asked for.
- To send booking confirmations and reminders.
- To keep a record of leads and clients in my CRM and client tracker.
I don't sell your information, and I don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Services that handle it for me
I use these providers to run my business. Each only processes your information to provide its service:
- Tally (forms), Cal.com (bookings), Attio (CRM)
- Google (email and calendar), Telegram (notifications to me)
- Netlify (website hosting), DigitalOcean (my server)
- Anthropic (Claude, the AI that powers my assistant)
Google user data and the Jarvis app
Jarvis is a personal assistant app I built for my own use. It connects only to my own Google account. It is not offered to the public.
- What it accesses: with my permission, Jarvis reads my Gmail messages, creates email drafts and sends emails I approve (Gmail read-only and compose access), and reads and manages events in my Google Calendar.
- Why: to sort my inbox, tell me about new leads and client emails, draft replies for me to approve, and keep track of my calls.
- Where it's kept: the Google sign-in is stored in my computer's encrypted Keychain. Email and calendar details Jarvis uses are kept on my own computer.
- Sharing: Google data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with anyone. It is only passed to the AI service that powers Jarvis (Anthropic's Claude) to carry out the task I asked for, and is not used to train general AI models.
- Limited Use: Jarvis's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- Removing access: access can be removed at any time from Google Account permissions.
How long I keep it
I keep lead and client records as long as we work together or might work together, and for as long as I need them for my accounts. You can ask me to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you, or to stop receiving emails from me. Just reply to any email from me or contact me below, and I'll do it within 30 days.
Security
I keep access to my accounts protected with passwords and two-step sign-in where available, and only I have access to your information.
Changes
If I change this policy, I'll update the date at the top of this page.
