Terms of Service

Last updated 27 October 2026

These terms cover your use of itsronyhaddad.com, my booking forms, and the Jarvis assistant app. By using them, you agree to these terms.

Who I am

I'm Rony Haddad, an independent ecommerce growth consultant and AI coach based in Beirut, Lebanon.

Calls and services

• Booking a call through this website doesn't commit either of us to a paid project.
• Paid work (audits, consulting, media buying, coaching, website or AI builds) is agreed separately in a written quote or agreement. That quote sets the scope, price and payment terms, and it takes priority over these terms.
• If you can't make a booked call, please cancel or reschedule using the link in your confirmation email.

Results

I share advice and examples in good faith, but results depend on your product, market, budget and many things outside my control. I don't guarantee specific sales, revenue or ad results.

The Jarvis app

Jarvis is a personal assistant app I built and use for my own work. It isn't offered to the public. Its use of Google data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Content

The text, images and examples on this website are mine unless noted otherwise. Please don't copy them without asking. The brand names shown belong to their owners.

Liability

The website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect losses from using the website or the information on it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.

Changes

If I change these terms, I'll update the date at the top of this page.
